Gone to Dallas....Again

Well I got to see him for a few hours before his Mommy left for Dallas again..... She should be back in a month or so at least she promised to. My son hates me, but I have no choice. If they can't come to an agreement between them then i will just have to see my grandson every time she allows me too. even if it is for a minute at a time.

Mali

My daughter Randi's best friend Marilyn. She was killed in a drunk driving accident this year almost a year to the day that her mother Mary passed in the car from an anurism. She was 24. She leaves behind a beautiful boy who turned 4 just 3 days after they removed his mommy from life support.



He lives with his Grandfather Michael who is struggling to understand the loss of his dear wife and daughter. Mali's father Chris has many issues of his own and is not in the right state of mind to care for his son. He loves him, however in the last two years Mali has lost everything dear to him, but Michael.

I am Mali's Granny replasement and I accept the job with open arms. Randi does what she can to help despite how busy she is with her girls. Pray for the Shumate/Nelson family friends. Pray for comfort and that the grieving hearts will find a moment to relish the joy of raising a little man.

Little Bobby Visit!

It was sad but very sweet. Due to his father's mistakes we only got to see, hold and love on him for about an hour. It brings tears to my eyes even now as I type. I miss him and I hope his mom will realize what he means to me and how much we want to stay in his life. My son is sick and refuses help.... These photos were taken BEFORE the unmentionalble incident occured. All are safe. All are well. But I am suffering a broken heart. My precious son and his son. Pray for my family friends and blog buddies. Pray for peace, understanding and healing.

Miss Foohfooh Goes Fishing!

My Girlie Girl has turned a little tomboyish afterall! Jacy and Ellie went fishing with Granny & Papaw August 23rd and Jacy surprised Kenny and I with her fishing skills.

She caught her first trout (see photo), a pompano, a lady fish and even a black tip shark! She had a great time and impressed her Granny with her skillz!

This is Miss Avery Wilson. She is my best friend Cindy's daughter Britney's daughter! LOL! Confused yet? OK She is Cindy's grandbaby born in June 2009.

Remember in my profile I explained I had "extra" childeren who despite the fact I did not give birth to them are still mine and call me Momma? Well Britney lives down the street from me and works with me so I was very much a part of little Avery's pregnancy and delivery. Here are her pictures!

My Grandson.....

Well my son and Little Bobby's Mommy can't seem to work things out and she took him and moved to Dallas.... I'm so sad I can barely contain myself. Selfish people make me sick. I don't know how it will all work out and I'm trying hard to support them both. all I want is to have a relationship with my grandson. the kind i have with all of his cousins. I'm Sad and I just don't know what to do about it....

My sweet princess #1 has lost so many teeth she has a WINDOW in her moth! LOL! I can't believe she is 6 and going to FIRST GRADE!

We will celebrate her birthday this weekend with another slumber parteeeeeeee!

My precious little man is growing and changing so fast! He is ADORABLE and I'm so smitten. 3 months ago I wasn't sure if I could adapt to a little boy and all there little boyness!

Everyone knows I'm partial to girls! I adore my princesses, BUT I'm crazy about this child.

I hope his mommy will realize I'm not the bad guy....

How sad if I don't get to be part of his life.

Layla's Graduation

Layla is about to be 6 in a few days, she graduated from kindergarten last week and is about to be all grown up!

Little Bobby is about finished being a newborn blob. He is more and more alert everyday.

I took these photos the last day of May 2009. I was babysitting for a few hours while his parents took his big sister to Chuckie Cheese and shopping.

He was very curious and looking all around. That is until he got too tired , pooped and fell back asleep! He is an angel and his Granny is quite smitten with him.

Mijo Update

Dean Bratz

Layla loves her baby brother. I see them being close in the years to come. He is growing more alert and aware every day. It is sad that they only get to see each other every other weekend.

Little Bobby

Little Bobby is getting BIGGER everyday!
He is such a good baby.

Granny is in love with him and so are his Mommy and Daddy.

He weighs almost 9 pounds now and is busting out
of his newborn outfits. Granny is going to have to buy him some new clothes to look too cute in!

He is already smiling at 3 weeks and I for one do not remember any of mine smiling that young? Am I just being a crazy Granny or what?

Righter/Blystone/Hollaways

My Righter/Blystone/Hollaway group, plus a neighbor down at the river to celebrate Elli's 4th birthday!

We had a blast swimming, boat riding and the girls rode the neighbor's jet ski as well.

Can't believe my little girl is 4! She isn't the baby anymore.....

Blue is Granny's Favorite Color

Look at Granny's blue-eyed baby! Summer is upon us and I can't wait to play outside at the beach, park and on the boat with the kids.

It will be a while before little Mijo can join us, but Granny's girls are ready to hit the water. Gotta keep Jacy sunblocked up due to her fair skin! hope you enjoy these big blue eyes! They are such a complliment to her almost toothless grin! 6 is such a great age!
